After completing his studies at the University of Toronto and the University of Windsor, where he received his LL.B., Al was called to the Bar for the province of Ontario in 1980. Mr. Pace developed his legal career in the areas of trusts, wills and estate practice as well as civil litigation. Mr. Pace is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). The Hon. Sergio Marchi

The Honourable Sergio Marchi brings his extensive experience from both the private and public sectors to our team. Over a period of 15 years, Mr. Marchi was an elected Member of the Canadian Parliament. He also served as Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, Minister for the Environment, and Minister of International Trade. He was then appointed as our Ambassador to the UN and the WTO, in Geneva, Switzerland. He subsequently was asked to serve as a Commissioner on the UN Global Commission on International Migration, by the former UN Secretary General.

Currently, Mr. Marchi serves as a Senior Fellow at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development in Geneva; teaches in the Internal Relations Department of the US Webster University, in Geneva; and is a public speaker on a number of global issues.

Gerry Weiner brings his distinguished political and business experience to the team. Over a period of nearly twenty years, Gerry served the Government of Canada as Minister of Immigration, Minister of Multiculturalism and Citizenship and Secretary of State, among other appointments. His political career has allowed him to develop a valuable network of contacts both in Canada and abroad, which can be called upon to assist with the establishment of a business and/or residence in Canada. As Immigration Minister, Gerry created the Immigrant Investor Program in 1986. Andy J. Semotiuk

Andy J. Semotiuk is a member of the California, New York, Ontario, B.C., and Alberta Bars. He has worked in all areas of U.S. as well as Canadian immigration law. Over the last 30 years Mr. Semotiuk has helped over 15,000 clients deal with various legal problems.

Mr. Semotiuk is a former United Nations correspondent. His articles on immigration-related themes such as: Habitat: the International Conference on Human Settlements, the U.N. High Commission for Refugees, and international law dealing with mobility and other basic human rights have been published in various newspapers, including the former Southam Newspaper chain.

Mr. Semotiuk served on the Canadian Human Rights Commission Tribunal Panel (judge) from 1985 to 1987 and has practiced immigration law in Ontario, New York, Alberta and California. While working with the Pace Law Firm, he is also associated with Manning & Marder in Los Angeles and Hansma, Bristow & Finlay in Edmonton.

Mr. Semotiuk's focus is on US-Canada immigration issues including cross-border spousal sponsorships, work visas for professionals and executives and criminal waivers.

Ken Clark is a Barrister and Solicitor since 1986, beginning in the Province of Nova Scotia and continuing in 1990 in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada. Since 2003, Mr. Clark has acted as Legal Counsel for a PNP Investment Intermediary where he assisted hundreds of immigrant investors who have been granted Permanent Residency Status in Canada. Mr. Clark has been a member of various professional organizations over the years, including the Atlantic Canada Trial Lawyers Association, Collaborative P.E.I., the Canadian Bar Association and he is the current Chairman of the Immigration Section of the PEI branch of the Canadian Bar Association.

Greg McNally is an international tax lawyer by training. He has earned various degrees, including law degrees in both Canada and the United States and a Masters of Law in International Tax. Greg was called to the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench in 1991 and to the Supreme Court of the Turks and Caicos Islands in 1992. Greg practiced international tax law in TCI for 10 years, dealing primarily with high-net-worth Canadian clients. In 2002, Greg returned to Canada with his wife and three children and joined Royal Bank of Canada (Global Private Banking) as their Senior Manager of International Services in Toronto. In 2004, Greg started an international tax consulting firm, where he now oversees the development and implementation of customized international wealth management solutions on behalf of high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth clients.

He has operating experience as Chief Financial Officer for three early stage, high growth companies. Previously, David was with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, Scotia Capital Markets and Richardson Greenshields of Canada Inc. (now Royal Bank Capital Markets). David holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Western Ontario and the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Financial Planner.

Garry Clement started Whitecollar Investigations and Consultant's Group in 2009 following a period of thirty years of policing experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in a range of investigative matters and management roles, and four years as the Chief of Police for Cobourg. He retired from the RCMP holding the national position of Director, Proceeds of Crime. Garry is an internationally recognized expert in the areas of money laundering, detection of suspicious activity and currency reporting. During his tenure in the RCMP, he worked in the areas of proceeds of crime and money laundering as an investigator, undercover operator and manager. Additionally, he served as a Liaison Officer in Hong Kong, where he worked with law enforcement in the Asia- Pacific area dealing with counterfeiting, immigration, fraud and money laundering. Garry is currently responsible to PGA’s Board of Advisors for the corporate growth and development of PGA.

During his former employment with the US Department of Defense and through his years of consulting for top Fortune 500 companies he has become recognized for his creative management style, comprehensive global market knowledge, and his ability to successfully orchestrate highly complex client programs built on a three pillared platform of Investor immigration, International Taxation, and Financial Planning. His expertise includes corporate strategy development, new venture creation, disruptive innovation, product launch & market planning, corporate management & systems/ business development.
